When we first saw our new home near Historic Dublin and Bridge Park, we loved the location but knew the house needed work. We were expecting our second child, and with a one-year-old already, we needed the remodel to be completed quickly. NME Builders played a crucial role in obtaining permits and approvals, which made the process smoother for us. They started the remodel in August 2021, and despite some delays in the supply chain, they managed to finish it in April 2022, just in time for the arrival of our second child.
The remodel included opening up the floor plan, adding more natural light, and expanding the basement, which transformed the house into a more functional and spacious home. The screen porch and deck addition changed the dynamic of the house, allowing for more comfortable living and entertaining space. Despite the challenges, we were impressed with NME Builders' professionalism and dedication to completing the project to our satisfaction.
Now, with our dream home complete, we're enjoying living in Waterford Village, just minutes away from Historic Dublin and Bridge Park. Being able to walk everywhere in the community with our family has been a wonderful experience. We're grateful to NME Builders for helping us turn our house into a home we love, and we would highly recommend them to anyone considering a renovation project.

Both the door and the frame had to be replaced in a house that offered some challenges. It was done efficiently. And we are very pleased. We had NME finish our basement, about 1000 square feet. They literally built it from nothing as it was just concrete and studs. We had them build a full bathroom, large guest/office room, kitchenette, and a common living space.
